Convenants and Forms
The Architectural Review Committee is responsible for ensuring that the Rules and Regulations that govern any additions or improvements (like fences) that are made in the Westfield of Vero HOA, Inc. are in keeping with the original documents of Westfield of Vero Homeowners Association, Inc. When the original developer left, all the powers of the developer to enforce these regulations passed to the Westfield of Vero Homeowners Association ARC.
When a homeowner wishes to make alterations or addition to their home or property, they ate required to complete an ARC form and return it to the management company with a $25.00 fee. Any changes listed above must have ARC approval. It is within the authority of the ARC to require compliance with existing rules governing the community.
In the future months, in order to maintain property value and to be fair to everyone, some homeowners may be asked to remove structures or make changes to their property to bring them into compliance. It is not the intent of the ARC to "grandfather" items not approved, but to be fair, reasonable in their requests for compliance.

Declaration of Covenants and By Laws
The By - Laws include information on Meetings of the Board of Directors, the Annual General Meeting, Membership, Proxies, Officers and Agents, Duties of the Officers, Execution of Contracts, Resignation or Replacement of an Officer and use of Monies.
This Document covers the following: definitions, Homeowners' Association:
assessments, structures, fences and hedges, construction, signs, aerials and antennas, mail boxes, pets, offensive activities, garbage matters and appropriate parking in the street side, etc.
