In grateful appreciation of your 10 Years of untiring effort and vision in the developing and management of the Westfield Homeowner Association.
Your wisdow in problem solving and conflict resolution will have an impact on our community for the years to come. We will always be grateful for your leadership and guidance through so many Challinging times.

To all Westfield homeowners,
In mid-December of last year, we were notified by Schlitt Property Management that as of January 1, 2021 Terry Calhoun would no longer be involved in Community Association Management. She would, however, continue to manage several Commercial Properties.
Terry had been the Property Manager for Westfield for over 10 years and had been through so many hard times as the property was being developed. With this in mind, the Board felt that we need to show our appreciation and developed the following awards.
It was the intention of the Board to present these awards to Terry at the January Board Meeting on Zoom, which was canceled. With the COVID-19 virus still with us, and not knowing when we would get together again, Bill Rooney and Pat Spradling took Terry to lunch at her favorite Panera restaurant n Vero and presented her the awards.
